Ruth Jeannoel

I am Ruth Jeannoel, a Restorative Justice Trainer and Circle Keeper, Writer and Cultural Strategist. I guide people across the African Diaspora towards their spiritual and emotional healing.
 
Ruth Jeannoel is a Haitian American, cultural organizer, holistic healer and writer. She lives her values of Love, Creativity and Community through raising her family with her husband and 3 beautiful children. Currently, Ruth serves as the founder and director of a Healing Justice non-profit, Fanm Saj, Inc based in Miami, FL. Ruth is a Founding Member and Owner of Dandelion Medicine Liberation Coop supporting as Lead Restorative Justice/Restorative HR trainer and serves as a Wellness Consultant with Sweet Livity, LLC. Ruth has been practicing Restorative Justice and Transformative Justice Practices since 2010 and began her formal training in 2015 with Sujatha Baliga of Impact Justice. She has over fifteen years of experience in popular education, community organizing and advocacy in the social/racial justice arenas. Additionally, she is a cultural storyteller to shift the narrative and recreate our own stories. She also holds womb wellness circles, survivor centered healing and African-centered cleansings for individuals and organizations. Ruth uses her personal creativity to shift a larger narrative of healing centered in African Spirituality. Ruth has also moved into priesthood by doing full initiation into the yoruba traditional practice of Ifa/Orisa. Ruth believes strongly in the personal being political and has a strong commitment to providing communities and individuals with tools to shift the narrative, recreate our own stories and future for the sake of Black Liberation.
